We value your thoughts and suggestions as they help us perfect our craft. If you ever feel like something’s amiss with your Beancrazy experience, we’re here to make it right.

Returns and Refunds

If you encounter any hiccups with your order or the coffee itself, drop us a line at Coffee@beancrazy.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Currently, we ship exclusively within the U.S.

  1. Product Refunds: We stand by the quality of our beans. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the cost of the product itself – shipping costs not included. Returning an item? You’ll need to cover the shipping expenses. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and might take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  2. Incorrect Orders: Oops! If we sent you the wrong coffee, please return the unopened package in its original condition along with a copy of the invoice. Once we receive it, we’ll credit you for the product and promptly send you the correct one, no extra shipping charges.

  3. Shipping Damage: If your package arrives looking worse for wear, refuse the delivery and have it sent back to us. Get in touch right away at Coffee@beancrazy.com, and we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

Got shipment issues? The carrier (USPS or UPS) is your first point of contact using the tracking number we emailed or texted to you. Missing your tracking info? Let us know, and we’ll assist. The carrier is usually best equipped to handle delivery snags.

Not head over heels for our coffee? Return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. You can cancel orders anytime before shipping by contacting us at Coffee@beancrazy.com.

We can’t be held responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at the time of order. Orders with free shipping? We’ll choose the carrier and shipping method. Have specific preferences? Contact us at Coffee@beancrazy.com – additional charges may apply.

Subscription Policy

Beancrazy offers a subscription service because we know you can’t get enough of our beans. By subscribing, you’re agreeing to our Terms of Service. Your subscription will renew automatically, and we’ll charge your card for the recurring products, including shipping and handling, until you cancel. To cancel, just log into your account, head to "Subscriptions," and click "Cancel" next to the relevant item.

Errors and Replacements

If we’ve made an error with your order, no worries! We’ll refund or replace it as needed to ensure your Beancrazy experience is always top-notch.
